• A service that may include optional access to paid telehealth and physician care in the U.S.

What We Are NOT

• (Not) A replacement for medical care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment.

• (Not) for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

• (Not) for mental health crises, self-harm, or violent thoughts. In the U.S., call or text 988 for immediate support.

• (Not) for pediatric emergencies, pregnancy complications, or complex specialist conditions.

• We do not train our AI on your conversations. Our models are trained on medical knowledge bases and clinician expertise.

3. Description of Services

These Services are designed to support your health-related decisions but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before acting on recommendations from our platform.

Neo Health makes no representations or warranties for beta Services, including any warranty that beta Services will be generally available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Except where prohibited by law, Neo Health disclaims all warranties for beta Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Bettr Health, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use.

• Verify AI-generated recommendations with licensed medical professionals as needed.

• Use the Services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use Neo Health for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of our Services.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. Account and Security

To use certain Services, you must create an account or link another account (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook) (“Account”). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated Account information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account. Neo Health is not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your Account.

6. Subscription Payments & Billing

6.1 PaidServices

If you purchase or subscribe to any paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes in U.S. Dollars. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods.

6.2 Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency specified (monthly unless otherwise stated). Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription at least one day before the renewal date.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Subscriptions are generally nonrefundable.

• You will continue to have access through the end of the period already paid.

• If you are unsatisfied with a telehealth appointment, you may request a refund at [email protected] unless the visit was billed through insurance.

6.4 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices or features at any time. Price changes will take effect with reasonable notice.
